Renters must be at least 21 years old. Drivers between 21 and 24 incur a young-driver fee of $15 per day. Certain luxury or specialty vehicles require a minimum age of 25. You must present a valid, government-issued driver’s license in English. International renters must also provide a passport and we recommend an International Driving Permit if your license is not in English.
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank. Return the vehicle full to avoid charges. If you return it without a full tank, we charge a $100 refill fee plus a $25 service charge.
You may add up to two additional drivers per rental at no extra cost. Each additional driver must present a valid driver’s license and ID at pickup.
For delivery, we can meet you at your terminal (just tell us your airline, terminal, and estimated arrival time) or park the car in a designated lot with a secure lockbox; we send you the lockbox code once the vehicle is parked. For pickup, return the keys to the lockbox and send us a photo of the car’s location (row, level, spot) so we can retrieve it
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup (full deposit refund). Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup forfeit the 50% deposit. Modifications (date, time, or vehicle swaps) are free if made at least 72 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
Yes, we include one complimentary child car seat or booster seat per rental. Please let us know the child’s age and weight so we can supply the correct seat. Additional seats can be added for $10 each per day.
We include basic liability protection at no extra cost. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available to limit your liability for any damage to the vehicle up to its market value. Renter’s Contingent Liability Insurance (RCLI) covers third-party liability. You may also use your own auto insurance—just present proof of coverage (policy number and provider) at pickup.
All rentals include unlimited mileage. Vehicles must remain within the state of Florida unless you obtain written approval. One-way rentals between Orlando, Tampa, and Cape Canaveral are available for a $50 one-way fee.
Each vehicle is equipped with SunPass. You will receive an itemized toll report within 10 days of return, plus a $5 service fee per transaction. Any unpaid parking tickets or traffic fines are passed through at face value plus a $20 administrative fee.
There is a 29-minute grace period beyond your scheduled return time. A late fee of $25 per hour (or fraction thereof) applies after that. If you return the vehicle more than 24 hours late, you will be charged an additional full day’s rate. For damage, if you have purchased CDW or RCLI, coverage applies per the policy; otherwise you are responsible for repair costs, towing or storage fees, and administrative charges.
Yes. Contact us at least two hours before your scheduled return by phone or WhatsApp. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and current rates at the time of request.
Yes. One-way rentals between Orlando, Tampa, and Cape Canaveral are available for a $50 fee. Please book at least 72 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability.
Each vehicle receives a deep clean of all high-touch areas (steering wheel, door handles, controls), a full exterior wash, interior vacuuming, and a multi-point mechanical inspection following CDC and EPA guidelines.
